As a medical professional or CEO of an online medical business, have you seen all the articles on COVID? Do you wish you had the time to write accurate, interesting content that would draw your patients to your website? Well, I can do that for you.

You only have so much time. I have been writing professionally for years. I can write your blog and web content, optimize its SEO, and publish it for you.

Your website can do the following:

  • Attract new patients to your practice
  • Show your personality and demonstrate your professional goals
  • Help build your network
  • Market you and your practice

I can help you effectively compete with all the online telemedicine and online medical practices that have flooded the market since 2020.

I can do the same for Med-Tech start-ups by differentiating your product online and using my decades of medical experience to write about how your product works and the value it adds.

  1. Reach out to me by email with a general idea of what you want.
  2. We can schedule a complimentary 30-minute session to explore your goals and needs.
  3. You can provide me with a list of topics if you want a series of posts, or I can provide you with one based on what I have learned about your goals.
  4. You approve the blog post topics and the timeline.
  5. I will write your first post and return it to you before your deadline.
  6. You have 48 hours to request any revisions. Each blog post includes one round of revisions to make sure the tone and content meet your needs.
  7. Your blog post will be returned ready to post or uploaded onto your content management platform.
  1. Blog posts are generally 800-1000 words. I can write them at any length you prefer.
  2. Each post includes 1-3 keywords, 2-3 inbound links, 2-3 outbound links, references that are cited in APA format or directly linked (your preference), and a stock photo if requested.
  3. A price will be determined based on the length of the blog post or article and the amount of preliminary research required.
  1. Email is the best form of communication, but I can work with your preferences.
  2. Client satisfaction is important to me. One round of revisions is included to make sure I hone in on your style and target audience. If the scope has not changed and you need minor changes, I am happy to accommodate these requests!
  3. I do not offer refunds after our contract is signed, but I will be happy to discuss a strategy to make sure you get a product that represents you well.
  4. You own the writing. I can write it under my name or ghostwrite it, whichever you prefer. If I ghostwrite it, the relationship will be confidential.
  5. I never reuse or re-purpose my writing. Content written for you will be unique to meet your purpose.

Writing good content that represents your brand and personality, is original, and is thoroughly researched takes time. A full contract will be in place before the project starts, which includes payment terms, length of written content, content format, detail for SEO, and approved hours for research or a fixed price for the project. I will invoice you. You can pay via ACH or credit card. For larger projects, a down payment is requested.
